چکیده
The mechanism of lignin degradation via white rot fungi was studied. Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Pleurotus ostreatus were used for all the experiments, i.e., measuring concentration structure alkali lignins studying effect substrate enzyme activity on removal. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry performed reaction liquid system. Alkali had a characteristic absorption spectrum with peak at approximately 280 nm. Precipitation in laccase (Lac) system occurred earlier, as well being more obvious than that manganese peroxidase (Mnp) maximum removal 29.4% Mnp 40 mg/L. increased concentration-dependent manner Lac increase led to an control group significantly lower experimental systems. mainly produced organic acids, esters, aromatic substances. In conclusion, could effectively remove lignin, which precipitation played major role, followed by enzymolysis; enzymolysis associated activity.

Determining the structural changes of lignin during bio-treatment will facilitate the understanding of biomass recalcitrance during the sustainable production of chemicals and fuels. However, the analysis of milled wood lignin (MWL) cannot completely elucidate the complex and irregular structural changes therein. In this study, MWL and lignin degradation compounds were extracted from white-rot ...

White rot fungi use a variety of mechanisms to accomplish the complete degradation of lignin and a wide variety of environmental pollutants. Both oxidative and reductive reactions are required for the metabolism of both lignin and environmental pollutants. The fungi secrete a family of peroxidases to catalyze both direct and indirect oxidation of chemicals. The peroxidases can also catalyze red...

White-rot fungi (WRF) are ubiquitous in nature with their natural ability to compete and survive. WRF are the only organisms known to have the ability to degrade and mineralize recalcitrant plant polymer lignin. Their potential to degrade second most abundant carbon reserve material lignin on the earth make them important link in global carbon cycle. WRF degrade lignin by its unique ligninolyti...
